Opening its doors in 1979, Monmouth Christian Academy is a unique school, blending components of traditional and home schooling to provide an environment of academic excellence and Christian values.

Our "combined classroom" approach to education allows each student to have one-on-one instruction from a teacher, and gives each child a measure of flexibility in mastering new concepts. MCA combines high academic standards with a system that enables us to focus on each student as an individual. Not only have many students been able to graduate early as a result of this flexibility, but it has also allowed many who struggled in traditional school environments to achieve success.

MCA is a ministry of Maranatha Baptist Church and is one of over 7,000 schools using the A.C.E. (Accelerated Christian Education) curriculum worldwide. MCA staff works closely with parents and considers their participation an essential key to the success of each student.

Our main goal is to provide Biblical life-training for students which will enable them to graduate with academic skills and a commitment to Christ-like character.
